Warranty & Returns.

We stand behind every product we sell. Here is everything you need to know about our warranty coverage, exchange process, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Warranty Coverage

Monitors carry a 90-day warranty covering manufacturer defects.
All peripherals carry a 30-day warranty covering manufacturer defects.

Dead on Arrival (DOA)

Items reported as defective within 24–48 hours of receipt may qualify as DOA and may be eligible for a faster replacement once confirmed.

Exchanges — Unopened Items Only

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the item, provided it is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

Opened Items

Once an item has been opened or used, it cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
If a manufacturer defect is identified on an opened item, it will be assessed and a repair, replacement, or alternative solution will be provided.

Change of Mind

Items purchased in error or no longer wanted are not eligible for return or refund once opened.
Refunds or exchanges may be considered within 7 days of receipt if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty covers manufacturer defects only.
It does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, power surges, misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty Requirements

All claims must include proof of purchase, original packaging, and all accessories.

Assessment & Turnaround Time

All items must be inspected and tested before any claim is approved.
Warranty processing may take 3–14 business days depending on the nature of the issue.

Pickup & Service Fees

Pickup or return services incur a $40 TTD fee where applicable.

Serial Number Verification

All items are tracked via serial numbers.
Claims involving tampered or mismatched serial numbers will be rejected.

Resolution

Biskyy Tech reserves the right to repair, replace, or provide an alternative solution at its discretion based on the nature of the issue.

Consumer Rights

This policy operates in accordance with the laws of Trinidad & Tobago and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
